This session is to enable participants to grow an understanding on how behaviour can influence effective communication. A 5-hour small group training session delivered in person that has been specifically designed to maximise participant engagement and interaction. Throughout the session we specialise on making the content relevant and discuss and share how it can be applied after the session. This session has been delivered within the FMG and Leisure industry and is suitable for all workplaces.

This session is an introduction to sales and will look at the essential skills all sales professionals should have. Learn and understand the sales system. Learn and understand the sales process. Demonstrate competency in taking an incoming membership call enquiry through each stage of the sales process. Demonstrate competency in touring a prospect through each stage of the tour process. Learn and understand the importance of prior preparation and work environment

This session has been designed to support learning by actively involving participants in the sessions by utilising learner knowledge and expertise. There will be practical break out groups and a high emphasis on making learning memorable! After attending this workshop, you will recognise what is meant by the term ‘sexual harassment’ and know that sexual harassment can take place both in the workplace and online. This workshop will provide you with knowledge and skills to drive and support the right behaviours within you and the business.

This session is on instructional skill development and will look at the essential skills all good trainers should have.
