Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Led Learning

The ABMA Education Invigilator Training Course equips individuals with the necessary skills to oversee examinations effectively. The course is divided into four parts, Part 1 looks at the basics of invigilation, Part 2 looks at invigilator preparation, Part 3 looks at the ABMA Education invigilation rules, processes and requirements, and finally, Part 4 looks at how to deal with unforeseen circumstances and special considerations.

The ABMA Life Skills programme has been designed to support learners in the development of competences and knowledge which can be used in a variety of contexts. The course has a practical, rather than a theoretical, basis which can be offered independently or alongside other curricula. Through engagement with this programme, learners will be exposed to concepts and techniques which will enable them to become more productive in their working environment or to provide some of the knowledge, skills and competences which will help them gain employment.

Wellbeing is increasingly being linked to professional development and productivity and this course will enable learners to understand how to harness these themes to develop themselves and even prepare workplaces to better encourage positive wellbeing and the professional development of others, This certificated course covers the latest approaches to promoting positive wellbeing and on completion learners will become assets to the organisations in which they will work, constantly reflecting on how better to take care of employee’s wellbeing to get the best results, financially and reputationally.
