HPoF – History of Social Housing

The CREATE programme is a classroom centred training course supported by concurrent tutor facilitated 1-1 sessions and based over a ten week period. The course provides a detailed and realistic understanding of the risks, challenges, rewards and mechanics of self-employment business creation and onward operation.

The EmployAbility bitesize course is a one day activity-based training workshop, designed to provide information and experience preparing for employment. Ideal for job-seekers and people looking to develop their career. Participants will learn to produce a professional CV, how to job search and complete job applications and how to be effective in interview.

This session is to develop and enhance your existing customer service skills across the organisation, by equipping you with the right information and tools to deliver Abri’s Service Style to our internal and external customers. We are all custodians of the Abri brand and it's more vital than ever that we deliver a great service to our customers. Whether we are externally or internally facing, Abri’s Service Style should be at the heart of everything we do.
