Triumvirate Leadership Team Development Programme

This is a two day leadership development course aimed at NHS Clinical Directors. Clinical Directors manage a range of clinical specialties within NHS organisations but the tasks and challenges pertinent to this leadership role are common. The programme provides a foundation for further development covering basic concepts of leadership together with some of the key leadership challenges – managing conflict, holding difficult conversations, addressing poor behaviours, leading for quality and adopting inclusive (coaching) leadership approaches. The delivery approach is experiential rather than didactic, with an emphasis on learning through doing. A-synchronous learning materials are provided to support learning.

This programme comprises three 1 day modules. Foundations of personal influence, Focuses on foundations of personal influence. Participants engage in self-assessment activities to identify their personal values, strengths and goals to enhance impact and influence. A positive influencing model is introduced. Enhancing your leadership presence, Equips leaders with skills to maximise presence and influence. Interactive workshops introduce practical tools to influence with confidence and authority. Working with conflict and managing difficult conversations, Equips leaders with tools to navigate challenging dynamics within their teams. Leaders gain insights into different conflict resolution styles and how to use these with agility.

This is a one-day foundational coaching skills workshop/ course aimed at middle managers working across the public sector. This course will extend the skill set and broaden the repertoire of managers, enabling them to use coaching skills to promote growth and development in their people. The programme explores the importance of coaching leadership and management styles as part of an inclusive (coaching) leadership approach. The delivery approach is experiential rather than didactic, with an emphasis on learning through doing. Supporting learning materials and suggested further reading are provided to underpin learning.

This is a six-day leadership development programme comprising three two-day modules, Leading self, Focuses on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience. Leaders explore their strengths, values, and leadership styles, enhancing personal effectiveness and adaptability, Leading teams, Equips leaders with skills to foster collaboration, manage conflict, and drive team performance. Emphasis is placed on communication, delegation, and developing high-performing teams. Leading cultures, Addresses the creation of inclusive, patient-centred cultures. Leaders learn to influence change, champion diversity, and align team values with NHS goals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and care excellence.
