About the CPD Course
This CPD module shows how Building Regulation compliance of construction systems can be obtained. It goes beyond the tick box exercise by reflecting on how real life evidence based performance supports as-built performance of products within construction assemblies. There are a number of Regulations for insulation systems to proof Building Regulations Compliance, energy efficiency regulations (Part L) is the obvious one, but how do such products impact on fire performance (Part B), acoustic (Part E), sustainability, air quality (Part D) and resistance to moisture (Part C)? This CPD module aims at providing a 360° view on this topic outlining individual requirements, how compliance is achieved on paper, but also how products within construction systems can be trusted to achieve what they predict on site.
