This Unconscious Bias training course is designed to increase awareness of hidden biases and their impact on decision-making and interactions. Through interactive activities, discussions, and real-life examples, participants will learn to identify different types of biases, understand their effects on personal and professional environments, and develop strategies to foster inclusion and mitigate bias. The session includes practical tools like the P.A.U.S.E. method and the Implicit Association Test (IAT) for self-assessment.
