Each pair presents their case study with their agreed priorities and management plan. Personal plans are individually prepared, with the group identifying the pinch points and offering collective, facilitated discussion and solutions. There are a number of established tools for describing change, we will use a model of how to anticipate, manage and deal with change. Changing your mind-set about impending change, re-framing your approach and anticipating the positive is a great NLP-based technique for understanding beliefs, managing feelings and therefore changing behaviours.
