The purpose of the youth leader training is equipping the youth leaders with the tools, techniques and knowledge to help positively engage with the mentees on the programme – to build rapport, obtain feedback from the mentees on the programme and influence change- to be the voice of ‘Talent Match’. This is a two - day training which will be informative, interactive and reflective. The session will enhance capabilities through providing a variety of tools, techniques and understanding to support solution-focus questioning, building report, active listening skills and facilitation skills to obtain feedback about the programme.
