Talent Match is a Test and Learn programme. The purpose of the youth leader training is equipping the youth leaders with the tools, techniques and knowledge to help positively engage with the mentees on the programme – to build rapport, obtain feedback from the mentees on the programme and influence change- to be the voice of ‘Talent Match’. This is a two - day training which will be informative, interactive and reflective. The session will enhance capabilities through providing a variety of tools, techniques and understanding to support solution-focus questioning, building report, active listening skills and facilitation skills to obtain feedback about the programme.
