Advanced Human Factors

This 8 hour course aims to improve safety and productivity in high-risk organisations. Delegates from all professions, whether novices or experienced, will have the opportunity to review, or be introduced to, the subject of human factors and will learn and practice skills to help them achieve safer individual and team performance in safety critical environments. Effective behavioural skills based on assertion and the ability to recognise and manage the effects of stress, will be the focus of this highly interactive, practical and enjoyable course.
