The Collective Learning Certificate 1, Supply Chain for Health online course combines the internationally accepted supply chain competencies with the public health context, to make it relevant and relatable for public health academics and professionals. It is the first course in the sector, where participants combine self learning from the content, with peer-peer engagement using the social learning platform. The course is designed based on concepts of European Qualifications Framework (EQF, Level 5) and focusses on key supply chain competencies at tactical and operational level (from People that Deliver Competency Compendium for Health Supply Chain Management).

Collective Learning Certificate 2, Supply Chain for Health is the second supply chain course on Bee Skilled’s Hive platform. It focuses on the “enabling” supply chain functions that are critical for supply chain operations which were studied in the first course (CLC 1, SC4H). The completion of this course enables learners to obtain a full 360 degree understanding of the supply chain for public health. This course focusses on solving supply chain problems using Root Cause Analysis as a structured problem-solving approach. This course helps professionals to analyse problems systematically, trace their root causes and implement sustainable solutions, instead of applying quick fixes that only address the surface level symptoms. The course explores common supply chain inefficiencies in quantification, warehousing, distribution, procurement, and enabling functions, examining how these challenges impact the availability, affordability, and quality of health products. The course will cover key principles of causality analysis, decision making frameworks, and remedial action planning to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
