About the CPD Course
This course provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of the anatomy, biomechanics, orthopaedic testing, and manual therapy techniques relevant to both the lower and upper extremities. Day 1 focuses on the foot, ankle, knee, and hip—covering anatomical foundations, biomechanical function, clinical assessment, and the application of High Velocity Thrust (HVT) and mobilisation techniques. Day 2 transitions to the upper extremities—shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand—where learners apply orthopaedic testing procedures, explore functional movement analysis, and perform practical HVT techniques tailored to common dysfunctions. The course emphasises safety, clinical reasoning, and confident hands-on application throughout.
