This course provides entrepreneurial training to professionals working in the life sciences and biotechnology. Discover the what, when and why of control engineering. Participants will learn to identify opportunities for feedback and control in their professional context and develop the skills needed to effectively use Matlab and Simulink to analyse and design control systems. They will look at performance specifications and theoretical limits on what can be achieved, as well as discuss sensors and actuators. Using case studies, the course will show how guiding principles for sustainable infrastructure can deliver better solutions in practice. We will look at the process of change and innovation and investigate the use of specific tools and methodologies which can apply to planning, design, construction and operational issues in the infrastructure sector.

Our online course, ESG Risk Management, provides managers across all sectors with a comprehensive introduction to ESG risk management practice. As the requirement to address ESG risks grows, this course will equip you with the tools and techniques to develop a more sustainable and resilient organisation.
