You will gain detailed insight into what minute taking is and why it is important. Minutes are a written record of the essence of the meeting. They are used to inform those who did not attend the meeting what took place as well as a track of the actions and decisions made during the meeting. You will learn how to take notes in the meeting and then write the minutes after the meeting.
