This is a practical workshop and will provide you with awareness of ourselves and provide tools and techniques to help us be even more effective. Developing Wellbeing – being aware of our physical, spiritual, mental and emotional wellbeing and how we manage our energy to increase our wellbeing and achieve our goals.

This highly practical half-day workshop is designed to help you navigate the complexities of cross-functional collaboration, including influencing without authority, managing expectations, building strong working relationships, and resolving conflict constructively. The session will also help managers lead effectively when their team members receive tasks, workload, or priorities from other managers or departments.

This 2-part Presentation Skills course will give you the tools and techniques you need to prepare, practice and deliver impactful presentations to any audience. You will start by delivering a 2-minute presentation about yourself, and you will then be asked to prepare and deliver a short individual presentation on a topic of your choice. After this the facilitator and your colleagues will give feedback on what you did well, and what you can improve on. You will gain detailed insight into what minute taking is and why it is important. Minutes are a written record of the essence of the meeting. They are used to inform those who did not attend the meeting what took place as well as a track of the actions and decisions made during the meeting. You will learn how to take notes in the meeting and then write the minutes after the meeting.
