This course focuses on the trial objectives to enable the CPM to create an effective project plan. Attention is given to the critical stages of planning and setting up of a clinical trial and the setting of clear and realistic milestones. This course examines key trial stages and identifying of the key trial activities. Participants will learn key techniques for effective project management. All learning is within the context of the regulations and rules that govern clinical trials. We use several learning styles and methodologies. Sample study templates and study documents will be reviewed and constructed to reinforce learning concepts.

The CPD Accredited CRA Online Interactive Version of the course is conducted 2 days a week. Running at 3 hours each day over the course of 3 weeks. Around 21 training hours in total., for persons wishing to advance their career in the Clinical Research Industry. The course is specifically designed for those who wish to become a Clinical Research Associate (CRA). Delegates will gain a thorough and detailed understanding of life as a CRA. The attendees will adopt the role as a CRA and engage in conducting mock clinical trials. The course is highly interactive and utilises teaching methods and hands on practical activities based on real life scenarios.

This training is a 3 day hands on and practically based course, for persons wishing to advance their career in the Clinical Research Industry. The course is specifically designed for those who wish to become a Clinical Research Associate (CRA). Delegates will gain a thorough and detailed understanding of life as a CRA. The course is specifically designed for those who wish to become a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA), an industry entry level position. Delegates will gain a basic understanding of Clinical Trials and how they should be conducted. They will learn key terms and terminology as well as important ‘soft skills’. The course is highly interactive and adopts engaging teaching methods and hands on practical workshops.

This training is a 3 day hands on and practically based course, for persons wishing to pursue a career in the Clinical Research Industry. The course is specifically designed for those who wish to become a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA), an industry entry level position. Delegates will gain a basic understanding of Clinical Trials and how they should be conducted. They will learn key terms and terminology as well as important ‘soft skills’. The course is highly interactive and adopts engaging teaching methods and hands on practical workshops.

This workshop is intended to help you become a better speaker and presenter in front of a live audience or online, in meetings, or on a one-to-one basis. Public speaking & presenting are a huge challenge for many people, so this course also suggests ways to reduce this fear, build your confidence and comfort levels by preparing appropriately for each particular audience, know what you want to say with your objective in mind, structure your material logically, and incorporate verbal and non-verbal techniques to maintain attention without relying on technology, e.g. PowerPoint.

This workshop is designed to help you steer others towards supporting and cooperating with your wishes or ideas, adopt a particular viewpoint, or take a course of action. You will discover different types of influencing and learn to focus your energy more productively during the process.
