About the CPD Course

Leadership Fundamentals is designed as an introduction to leadership. Whilst the focus is on leadership, we combine with management essentials to develop learners to lead their teams effectively. We look at the difference between leadership and management and the skills needed to lead effectively. We explore when it is necessary to adapt your leadership style, how to set objectives and give effective feedback. Learners will gain insight into different development options and how to use the coaching tool effectively.

There are some fundamental challenges people in our communities face and we want to be an organisation which can help them deal with these.
