Control Room Operations Management (CROM) Training

This workshop is aimed at leadership level with elements tailored to your own organisation’s arrangements. Our approach will include testing/validating single components of readiness, using our experience to create a challenging and constructive learning environment. This workshop will be delivered in-person and in-house.

A one day incident management training package which will comprise of a blended approach incorporating incident management good practice, reflection on current procedures, developing skills and practicing roles against scenarios. Topics include, Incident Management training, Preparation and risk mitigation, Command and control, Safety and welfare of staff and customers, Multi-agency response, This course will be prepared with adjustments to your own Incident Management arrangements and is delivered in person, in-house.
