Crisis & Emergency Management Workshop

People are the key success factor in a control room; this course is aimed at anyone working in an Event Control Room who need to understand the command-and-control elements of events and incident management. The course supports development of skills, knowledge and competencies in designing, managing and working in control rooms.

A one day incident management training package which will comprise of a blended approach incorporating incident management good practice, reflection on current procedures, developing skills and practicing roles against scenarios. Topics include, Incident Management training, Preparation and risk mitigation, Command and control, Safety and welfare of staff and customers, Multi-agency response, This course will be prepared with adjustments to your own Incident Management arrangements and is delivered in person, in-house.
