Specialist Autism training for tutors and mentors who support DSA funded students on the autistic spectrum, This training course is offered to both internal Cosmic People staff and external candidates who are further qualified to support student with autism under DSA mandatory qualification criteria, The candidates who qualify to undertakes this training, which will further inform them how to support students on the autism spectrum, will also hold a degree and a teaching qualification and/or a PG Autism,

Cosmic People are a provider of NMH support registered with DSA-QAG. Our training programme incorporates the six topic areas as required by DSA-QAG QAF (Disabled Student Allowance – Quality Audit Group Quality Audit Framework) for all support staff who support students with disabilities with NMH support. The modules include,- professional boundaries, safeguarding, health and safety, data protection and confidentiality, disability awareness and risk assessment and lone working.
