Conducting Investigations

This is a short course, to provide candidates with the opportunity to explore a range of strategies to ensure they provide a good service to their customers, and gain an understanding of how to deal with difficult customers.

A short course for workers in the public, private or voluntary sector who deal with the public and are confronted by difficult and aggressive people.

This is a half day course aimed at those working with children and young people up to the age of 18. Topics covered include Legislation, Signs and Symptoms and Responsibilities.

This short course will provide candidates with the supervisory skills to carry out their work in different types of organisations and settings it can be relevant to the newly promoted supervisors or updating existing supervisors
