About the CPD Course

Our Data Champion course is perfect for line managers, or those with the role of the Data Champion or Data Guardian, and who want to understand the practicalities of the data protection law. It is an interactive course and will aid delegates in understanding how to complete some of the tasks dictated by the law such as DPIAs and completing a RoPA. Delegates are encouraged to ask questions throughout, and case studies are used to aid with learning. Delegates can share real world experiences with other attendees and discuss issues and ideas to help them within their role.

We have a training centre in the South West, as well as a Partner Centre within London. All of our courses are accredited by the Continual Profession Development Certification Service Delegates will gain credits by passing and attending each training course. The certificates gained by delegates do not have an expiry date. However, based on industry best practice guidelines, the recommended renewal period for this training is 2 years. On successful completion of the courses detailed below, delegates will be sent a quality assured certificate. This can be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit. All of our courses can be held at your offices, or staff members can attend one of our GDPR Training Centres.
