Placement Course for Professional Engineers - Construction & Oil & Gas Sectors

This placement course aims to train professional engineers (in the construction-oil-gas sectors) to become Project-Managers, and to inform them about managing business-processes and preparing for corporate-procedures. This course will, equip graduate-engineers with a foundation understanding in the principles of project management, reinforce and illustrate some of the key considerations when working in industrial markets, introduce engineers to the basic fundamentals of Lean 6 Sigma, and inform engineers about the dynamics of change-management.
