This 2 day course provides an introduction to Powerproject and gives an understanding of the key concepts and features within the software from creating projects to tracking progress and reporting.

This one day training course provides an introduction to Powerproject BIM – a project planning tool that enable users to build detailed projects using information that is stored within 3D models that have been saved in IFC format. Resulting in ‘4D’ project plans that include time and planning information as well as detailed 3D information about the building or facility being worked on.

This new role specific course trains engineers and technicians to make the most of ShireSystem and devices for asset management, digital maintenance, and field data collection. From using maintenance management features and digital checklists to accessing real-time asset dashboards. You will gain the skills to work smarter, faster, and safer in today’s connected work environments.

Training course covers assigning costs and resources to project tasks and producing reports based on this information.

1 day introduction to Powerproject designed specifically for housebuilders.

A 1 day course for more experienced users of Powerproject to examine different methods of progress reporting and producing S curves for progress.

This one-day training course that through the use of specific exercises and examples provides an understanding of how Powerproject can satisfy the programme requirements of clause 31.2, clause 32.1 and compensation events in core clause 60.1 within the NEC3 contract. Those attending should be familiar with Powerproject and ideally should have attended the Introduction to Powerproject course.

A basic introduction to the ShireSystem maintenance system, concentrating on everyday functions. Delegates will be taught how to search and select, control the job list, add additional breakdown and corrective jobs, sign off work and carry out basic reporting. This course is designed for people who need to perform day-to-day operations on the system or as a primer for the two-day ShireSystem Maintenance Set Up Course.

Delegates will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Stock (Materials) system, enabling them to implement and use the system efficiently for stock management. There are no special prerequisites for this course, beyond the general ones of basic computer and internet literacy.

The Super User Course is designed for System Administrators that will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the system. This will be a combination of the Maintenance User Course and Maintenance Set Up Course. However, it will look at modules that are not covered in the standard courses. The course will include Mobile Pro, Requester and Resource planner. All extra features of the course will have live demonstrations and will allow users to have a glimpse and try out modules that they might not be aware of.
