A webinar training session informing clients of how the Coal Authority's official, Law Society compliant CON29M mining report provides full details of the Coal mining risks when purchasing a residential/commercial building or land. We use a real life case study in the North East of England to demonstrate how these risks can create hazards. We then detail the contents of the report, both the residential and commercial versions. We also discuss which report is suitable if the property in question is off coalfield altogether.
