Additionally, the course outlines each stage of the supply chain, from raw material extraction to final delivery, and covers essential risks in supply chain management, alongside effective mitigation strategies. This foundational knowledge prepares learners to manage and optimise supply chains for renewable energy projects effectively.

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of ESG principles within the UK renewable energy sector, examining their significance and integration into industry practices. Participants will analyse the UK’s energy policies, key regulatory bodies, and support mechanisms driving renewable growth. The course also covers the implications of upcoming UK and EU ESG regulations, including Labour's green reforms and the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). Finally, learners will explore ESG frameworks and governance strategies to enhance transparency, accountability, and social responsibility in renewable energy projects, equipping participants with the knowledge to navigate and influence the evolving sustainable energy landscape.
