Introduction to Animal Assisted Interventions

Introductory course on Animal Assisted Interventions on a therapy farm. The course is for anyone who wishes to learn more about Animal Assisted Interventions. The course is suitable for anyone over 18, who loves animals. Participants will experience exercises and interaction with several of the animals as part of learning the benefits they serve in various interventions with children and adults with different needs. This introductory course allows participants to explore and experience a taster of its benefits, while also learning about the history, research and theory that underpins AAI.
