This course is for those who may encounter individuals within their workplace who are intent on harming them, their staff, or co-workers (known as an Active Threat). The course includes an understanding of how and why it may happen, what plans to put in place and how to respond should such a situation happen. The course is directed towards reducing the likelihood of such events, and on minimising the risk to people should one occur.
