About the CPD Course

It is a legal requirement for all relevant Art Market Participants to receive AML training and to stay up-to-date with the current rules. By taking part in our Foundation Level course, you are meeting this requirement. The course covers the laws and Regulations, associated with Money Laundering, including EU 5th ML Directive and UK Implementation. It also covers other related Laws, such as Proceeds of Crime Act, Bribery Act, Sanctions & Bans. It highlights Guidance issued by the UK Government, as well as what AMP’s AML programme requirements are and how you go about establishing your AML programme.

Art – Specialist MLRO Level AML Training Course

An AML course dedicated to Art Market Participants (AMPs) that hold the role of Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Nominated Officer (MLRO/NO) within the Art Sector. The course will provide you with an understanding of the MLRO/NO role and responsibilities that come with it., including compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations. It will explain the importance of drafting effective Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and subsequent liaison with the National Crime Agency. As well as showing the MLRO/NO how to accurately assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the firm’s AML/CTF regime.
