Conflict management is the process of limiting the negative aspects of conflict & enhancing learning & group outcomes' including effectiveness or performance in an organisational setting like the NHS. Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a solution to a disagreement. The disagreement may be of a personal' professional' financial' political or emotional nature. When a dispute arises' often the best course of action is negotiation to resolve the disagreement. This workshop explores the individuals’ attitudes towards conflict and how to have a strategy for pre-empting conflict & dealing with it if it happens.
