We all negotiate every day, sometimes without even realising it, we negotiate both at work and at home. Negotiation is the process to either achieve compromise or resolve differences. If successful, the outcome should benefit all parties and result in a win situation. This course will explore the components of a solid negotiation and show delegates how these skills can be applied back in the workplace. This course also aims to give delegates the relevant skills to plan and execute a successful negotiation and have the confidence to deal appropriately with resistance or negativity.
