About the CPD Course

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) stated that - in 2014/15 - 440,000 people in the UK reported a work-related stress that was at such a level it was making them ill. That’s around 40% of all work-related illnesses. Change can often lead to uncertainty and high levels of stress, and the NHS is constantly changing. So effective communication is paramount for successfully navigating change, and for preparing ourselves to deal with stressful situations. Delegates will leave this course with, an increased knowledge of the change process, and a sharper awareness of the importance of successful communication.
