Leveraged Finance Covenant Training

An online covenant training course and certification for leveraged finance professionals. The course provides a framework for covenant analysis including capital structure and credit support, debt and liens, calculation mechanics, restricted payments and asset sales, economic terms, affiliate transactions, changes of ownership, reports, defaults, amendments and waivers. Upon completion, students will be equipped to identify downside risk in the covenant package. The course is suitable for the leveraged loan, high yield bond and private debt asset classes. Students are quizzed on their knowledge chapter-by-chapter, with a final exam at the end of the course.
