About the CPD Course

It covers legal obligations, safeguarding requirements, and best practices for managing staff, volunteers, contractors, and agency workers. Learners will explore regulated activity, SCR compliance, and statutory and non-statutory requirements while developing actionable improvement plans. Reflective tasks focus on auditing recruitment processes, identifying gaps, and fostering a culture of vigilance. By the end, learners will confidently ensure safeguarding compliance and prevent unsuitable individuals from working with children or vulnerable adults.
