Practice Management Induction Programme

This programme covers key aspects of Practice Management in general practice. It is delivered across 8 modules following a blended learning approach with some live virtual sessions along with self-study and reflection. The programme will provide an opportunity to learn the fundamentals from contracts, finance, HR, CQC, premises, clinical systems with opportunities for applied practice scenarios. Delegates will learn in a supportive peer network building on their experience either within General Practice or new to the NHS. The induction programme is facilitated by experienced Primary Care leaders, Practice Managers and Guest Speakers.
