This 12 session certification with 1 hour per month accompanying coaching sessions (and 30 minute per month check-in’s) is designed to make you expert in leadership personality training. Become equipped with a personality toolkit for life that will allow you to accelerate your influence in any context and unlock the full potential of people and teams. You will master the 4 dimensions of personality developed by Jung and latterly by Myers and Briggs. You’ll learn from first principles how to help each of the 16 personality types understand their superpowers, challenges, blindspots, stress behaviors and behaviors most undermining their influence.

The GiANT Leader Intensive is a deep dive, one-on-one twelve hour experience divided into six separate sessions to help you start down the path to becoming a 100X Leader - a leader who becomes as close to 100% healthy as possible and who multiplies that health on to others so they can become a leader worth following. The six sessions are designed to unpack a different aspect of your leadership to help you understand yourself better, and then equip you with how to use that awareness to make you more effective at everything you do. We will develop a Game Plan to put what you learn into practice so you can start working toward your personal goals as a 100X Leader.

Xcelerate is a transformational process for teams looking to take their leadership skills and performance to the next level. This program is designed to help them move from good to great as they move towards becoming a high functioning team and maximizing potential. The six sessions will cover communication, relationships, alignment, execution, capacity and culture.
