All delegates collect two sets of data and the focus is on creating a meaningful audit relevant to their organisation that improves the local delivery of patient care.

Our popular Clinical Audit Masterclass offers practical step-by-step guidance for undertaking effective clinical audit projects that make a difference locally. The masterclass will provide you with an important opportunity to understand why clinical audit is important to organisations, teams and individuals. You will undertake a number of short activities which will help demonstrate how clinical audit relates to research, service evaluation and other current quality improvement techniques. Thereafter the main part of the day will provide you with a step-by-step guide to undertaking an effective clinical audit project that will make a difference locally.

This one day masterclass will focus on developing your role as a SIRO (Senior Information Risk Owner) in health and social care. The interactive training will include delegate participation discussion and practical case study examples.

This masterclass will explore the requirements of Right support, Right care, Right culture and the key actions that services and staff should take to embed this into practice.

This course will offer a practical guide to Root Cause Analysis with a focus on systems-based patient safety investigation as proposed by the National Patient Safety Incident Response Framework which emphasises the requirement for investigations to be led by those with safety investigation training and expertise, and with dedicated time and resource to complete the work. This course will include an opportunity for learners to gain a Level 3 qualification in RCA skills. The course content walks learners through the seven-key stages to conducting a high-quality Root Cause Analysis investigation.

The course will cover key considerations to ensure that you are able to support neurodiverse staff in the workplace, including your legal obligations, company policy and practice,, recruitment and performance management. You will come away confident in your knowledge of what neurodiversity is, and how a neurodiverse team will benefit your organisation.
