This course has been designed for those who have line management responsibility or lead a matrix management team and wish to further build their people management skills in the technical services environment. This two day CPD will focus on theories and models of leadership through a practical and tailored approach to leadership for technicians. It is a hands-on course and delegates will be able to have a better understanding of how to use, set up, dismantle and service light microscopes.
