A 20-30-minute interactive course covering what everyone needs to know about menopause and the impact menopause can have at work.

This e-learning course is set across 3 easy to follow modules, Why we all need to talk about menopause, What is menopause and how could it affect a woman at work, How line managers can help.

The aim of this session is to provide HR and Occupational Health teams with everything they need to know about menopause, what it is and the symptoms that may be affecting people at work. Gain knowledge about the different challenges people may experience and learn how someone could be supported who is experiencing symptoms at work. We want to ensure all HR and Occupational Health Teams, have the knowledge, skills and confidence to support colleagues around menopause at work.

In this educational and engaging session, we help employees to understand, What menopause is, how to recognise the symptoms and how a woman may be affected by it, The options available to manage symptoms and long-term health What support is available and how to access it, both at work and outside work.

This workshop includes everything a line manager needs to know and do to understand how menopause could affect a woman at work and how they can help, The importance of menopause awareness and support in the workplace What menopause is How to recognise how they can support a woman experiencing symptoms including possible reasonable adjustments How to have good conversations about menopause

This session focuses on the role of the Menopause Champion in supporting menopause at work. The aim of this webinar is to enable you to understand about the menopause, what changes happen and its symptoms, think about the different ways of managing them and signpost help and support to enable colleagues experiencing menopause to make informed choices. Participants will also discuss how they can help open up the conversation around menopause within their workplace and how the organisation can further support menopause.

This session focuses on the role of the Mental Health First Aider in supporting menopause at work. The aim of this webinar is to enable you to understand about the menopause, what changes happen and its symptoms, think about the different ways of managing them and signpost help and support to enable colleagues experiencing menopause to make informed choices. Participants will also gain practical skills in how to spot signs of someone struggling with menopause symptoms and the build the confidence to have supportive conversations when needed.

Appreciate a typical menstrual cycle, the symptoms that can be experienced and different ways to manage these. It will help you understand some of the health conditions associated with menstruation and how to access help and support. Learning how to make informed choices in managing your own menstrual health and how to support someone experiencing symptoms associated with menstruation or menstrual health conditions. We want everyone to feel confident talking about menstruation and menstrual health.
