The Care Certificate is a comprehensive training program designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge and skills needed to work in the health and social care sector. It consists of a set of 15 standards that cover a range of topics, including safeguarding, communication, person-centred care, infection prevention, and health and safety. The Care Certificate aims to ensure that care workers have a solid foundation in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals. Crisis intervention training covers a wide range of critical topics, such as Deprivation of Liberty of Children, Liberty Protection Safeguards, Child Sexual Exploitation, County Lines, Child Trafficking, and Modern Slavery, as well as Child Neglect.
