HAPPA Horse Care, Level 1

The HAPPA Horse Care, Level 1 is a perfect first step into learning about how to correctly care for a horse or pony. Our structure starts with looking at Stable Management, types of bedding & tools, how to maintain a bed correctly. We then go onto looking at Forage Options, the suitability for different horses. The next module is all about being able to check their Health Signs, learning what to expect of a healthy horse. Grooming is another essential practice we look at developing, followed by learning How to Measure For and Fit a Rug.
