Contact Person Online Training Course for employees

This 1-hour self-paced self-directed training course is available to leaners through our Learning Management System. The course aims to deliver best practice training to learners on the role of the Contact Person as part of a prevention and resolution of bullying in the workplace. Participants will gain knowledge on the definitions of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and their role and responsibilities while acting as Contact Person for their organisation. This course will also provide participants with an understanding of how to guide an employee under Company Policy on what routes are available should an employee experience bullying or harassment.
