About the CPD Course
The aim of this session is to understand the experience of sexual harassment at work from the perspective of survivors and ensure confidence in recognising, responding to and preventing issues of harassment in the workplace and work-related contexts. It will open up conversations on the law, social contexts and intersectionality allowing participants to explore survivors’ perspectives, societal attitudes and their own views. Using research-based theories and case studies, it will offer the key principles of survivor-centred and trauma-informed practice. It will also work to ensure effective understanding and adherence to the organisations policies and procedures.
