Ready to Check In (Airport Passenger Services)

This one-day practical hands-on workshop is aimed to provide Learners with the necessary Knowledge and Skills to successfully create Booking Files (PNR’s) for a variety of airline customers using our Simulated Amadeus Emulator. This is a Tutor led face to face workshop (classroom/zoom) that includes roleplay and practical application using a GDS Emulator. Learners will also have access to the Emulator at home to practice building Booking Files through self-paced practice.

It is suitable for staff interacting at any level with Customers, either directly or on the telephone. This Manual Handling Course will help ensure that companies are compliant with the Regulations. It is designed to reinforce the theory of Manual Handling, that is sometimes forgotten once face to face training is completed. It will help ensure that staff have the knowledge to reduce manual handling injuries, which are a leading cause of work disability.
