About the CPD Course

This course is aimed at individuals who have previously attended the Mental Health Wellbeing & First Aid course. This hands-on and interactive session has been designed to encourage open discussion and explore support options that might not have been considered, signposting to external structures and using existing organisational pathways of support. To help upskill your current methods of support and signposting portfolio, we would like to bring your real life First Aid support successes or obstacles to the workshop for discussion by completing a short questionnaire on a scenario you have helped a person with, in advance of the workshop.
