Children’s Safeguarding - Universal

This course will provide delegates with a universal/entry level knowledge of children’s safeguarding. Session will look at raising awareness of abuse types, how to identify them, provide clarification on basic duties under the legislation, while linking this to the specific settings to support knowledge application, including policies and reporting methods. This course can be tailored reflect the businesses and job roles of the delegates including education, day care hospitality/ leisure/ care facility establishment to out of school provision and voluntary sector organizations. This training can be delivered UK wide linking to regional/ county Safeguarding children’s boards for examples and awareness.
