About the CPD Course

Attendees will understand how Rough diamonds become Polished. Also, through physical marking exercises, about diamond crystallography and grain structure, rough diamond models and rough planning. Attendees will understand key stages of diamond manufacturing and contemporary technologies through an In-depth review of the cutting industry using video footage and image technology. Attendees will understand the process of “rough through to polished” valuation through mathematical exercises and an Introduction to RAPAPORT polished diamond price list. Also, how rough diamonds are priced through theoretical exercises according to polished outcomes. They will experience traditional Indian factory views and Surat India open street diamond trading.

This unique one-day course is designed to improve diamond knowledge, confidence and the development of personnel who are directly involved with sales of natural diamonds direct to the consumer.
