It also acts as a route to applying for consultant jobs for doctors who have not followed a specialty training programme in the UK and achieved a certificate of completion of training so applying through CESR - Certificate is a way forward.

The Clinical Supervisor also has to ensure and encourage Clinical Audit and Multi-source feedback for each Doctor. This course is directed at those doctors who are preparing themselves for the role, or for those existing clinical supervisors who want to up-date or refresh their knowledge.

They will discover what closing a sale entails and how to do it with confidence by responding to appropriate buying signals. Five classic closes will be discussed in order to allow the delegate to take control and use a method that works well for both them and their client. Using a technique that works for delegates will allow prospects to turn into clients, leading to more business and personal growth.

The delegate will go through the GROW model and how to follow this when conducting coaching sessions. The GROW model will enable a delegate to successfully plan, commit and conduct a coaching session, meaning a delegate will have a better coaching approach and learn what to do and what not to when coaching. Key skills and questioning methods will be highlighted allowing delegates to keep individuals on the course engaged, allowing for great feedback. The GROW method covers four stages allowing all aspects of a coaching session to be planned out, allowing for smoother running of the session.
