Delegates will learn the identification of different personality types, and how to use this when selling to them. Customers will be identified and placed into categories, this will enable delegates to move forward with selling in a particular way to match the customers personality type. Verbal and non-verbal clues will be used in order for identification of which personality type a customer is giving the ability to adapt sales based on what the customer wants.
