This course is directed at those doctors who are preparing themselves for the role, or for those existing clinical supervisors who want to up-date or refresh their knowledge.

They will discover what closing a sale entails and how to do it with confidence by responding to appropriate buying signals. Five classic closes will be discussed in order to allow the delegate to take control and use a method that works well for both them and their client. The delegate will go through the GROW model and how to follow this when conducting coaching sessions. The GROW model will enable a delegate to successfully plan, commit and conduct a coaching session, meaning a delegate will have a better coaching approach and learn what to do and what not to when coaching.
